KI Israel Emergency Response!!!!
KI's Israel Committee has organized an emergency campaign
to help Israel at this critical moment. Over 100 members of
the synagogue met on Tuesday night, July 18, to formulate a
response to the current situation. Together we can do
something significant to help Israel!!!!
As of
September 30, 2006 we received well over 400 contributions totaling
over $110,000 for Israel's "Red Star of David" (Magen
David Adom/MDA).
100% of the
funds collected have been forwarded to MDA to be used immediately to
purchase medical and other emergency materials.
Please make out your checks to "Reform Congregation
Keneseth Israel" and write "MDA" on the memo line. We need
to do this quickly as possible and without any delay. Please
be as generous as possible. Thank you!
